Do waterslide decals come off?

The absolute best way to remove waterslide decals without harming the paint is with vinegar. You may have to saturate the decal a few times, but it will not affect the paint.

You only need to seal Inkjet waterslide paper (printed using an inkjet printer) and both clear and white inkjet waterslide must be sealed. polycrylic is water based so it wont craze the clear thats on the box. I usually use the settimg for transparencies at the best quality output. make a few extras and wait several hours or over night before handling.

How do you reposition decals?

Use a hairdryer to warm up the sticker, once it is warm the glue will release much easier and then you can try and move it. It is very difficult to. I have done so a few times using the flat end of a toothpick from a swiss army knife, then very carefully pulling the rest of the sticker up.
